A deeply relaxing massage to release tension, alleviate stress and anxiety. Improves the condition of the skin and can help alleviate dry scalp and dandruff. Induces restful sleep and can treat headaches and migraines. For a 60 mins massage focusing on a specific area of the body will help alleviate stress and tension in that area. HERE

60 mins Prenatal Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. £66 A floor based massage, the massage is predominantly received from a side lying position to allow for comfort and relaxation. Traditionally a deep tissue massage, it will be adjusted to suit the needs of your physical and emotional state.Tension and general aches in the body as a result of postural changes will be eased through massage, joint mobilisation and traction and gentle Yoga stretches.

Nourishing the body and self-care is essential at any stage of your life and is particularly beneficial throughout your pregnancy.  Prenatal Ayurvedic Massage is a deeply relaxing massage, which will leave you feeling centred, grounded and completely at ease.

 


* Terms and Conditions for classes

  • Classes must be booked and paid in advance.
  • 5 class pass – valid for 2 months.
  • 10 class pass – valid for 5 months.
  • 20 class pass – valid for 6 months
  • Single classes – £14/£21
  • If you are unable to attend a class please cancel online.
  • If less than 12 hours notice is given or you do not turn up for the class, a refund cannot be given.
  • 24 hours notice of cancellation must be given for massage and 1-1 sessions. Refunds cannot be given for cancelled sessions less than 24 hours.
