A Highams Park studio with experience you can trust
Lotus Health & Fitness was founded by Clare Bannister in 2012 and has been part of the Highams Park community ever since. We’ve been teaching at our current studio on Hale End Road since 2018 and have offered Reformer Pilates since 2014, alongside Mat Pilates, Pilates Tower and Yoga.
Over the years, we’ve built a loyal community of members who value the quality of our teaching, the personal attention they receive and the friendly atmosphere of our studio.
We’re proud to be an independent local studio where teachers know their members and where people can develop their practice in a supportive environment.
‘I’ve worked in the Health, Fitness and Wellbeing Industry for over 25 years. Throughout this time I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and skills which I now bring to my studio.

Wherever you are starting from, you’re welcome here.
About the studio
We are a small independent studio with 2 studio spaces. We do not have a reception, so we advise not to arrive too early for the class. For Reformer classes, please enter through the glass door at the front of the studio. For matwork classes, yoga and tower pilates classes, please enter through the green door.
There is space to change, but no showering facilities.
We are located on Hale End Road, which has parking restrictions for 8am – 6.30pm Monday – Saturday. You can conveniently park in Tescos carpark, which is a 2 minute walk from the studio.
