The Pilates method, practiced regularly will help maintain/regain strength in the pelvic floor. Some of us need a little more focused work, so we have created a short pelvic floor video to do at home, which you can find and purchase via the Media Library section of the Bsport app.If you are participating in our upcoming 5-week Post-Natal Pilates course, you will receive the video as part of the course materials. There are still a couple of spaces available for the next course, so if you’re looking to re-connect with your body post-partum this course is specifically designed to help you regain strength and support in the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor.5-week Post Natal Pilates Course - starts 10.30am Wednesday 23rd SeptemberBook via the Bsport app or the link in our bio ➡️#PostNatalPilates #PostNatalExercise #PostNatalEastLondon ...
