When we think of pelvic floor health we generally think of postnatal women, and of course pregnancy can stretch and weaken the pelvic floor muscle, but maintaining functional strength in the pelvic floor is essential to everyone. The Pilates method, practiced regularly will help maintain/regain strength in the pelvic floor. Some of us need a little more focused work, so we have created a short pelvic floor video to do at home, which you can find and purchase via the Media Library section of the Bsport app.If you are participating in our upcoming 5-week Post-Natal Pilates course, you will receive the video as part of the course materials. There are still a couple of spaces available for the next course, so if you’re looking to re-connect with your body post-partum this course is specifically designed to help you regain strength and support in the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor.5-week Post Natal Pilates Course - starts 10.30am Wednesday 23rd SeptemberBook via the Bsport app or the link in our bio ➡️#PostNatalPilates #PostNatalExercise #PostNatalEastLondon
