We have a number of fantastic therapists at the Studio, including Shiatsu practitioner Susie Heales Shiatsu ✨
Shiatsu is an acupressure therapy, built upon the same foundations as acupuncture. As a hands-on therapy, the purpose of Shiatsu is to rebalance energy in the body, dispersing stagnated energy and bringing energy to areas that are depleted.
A typical treatment will involve working along the energy channels (meridians) and gently mobilising and stretching the joints, as well as other techniques tailored to the individual needs of the client.
