Date and Almond Millionaire bites ✨![]()
These are our clients' favourite chocolatey treats, the ideal energy boost for an extended class or workshop!![]()
Ingredients:
Base -
▫️100g Ground Almonds
▫️50g Crunchy Peanut Butter
▫️30g Maple Syrup![]()
Gooey Centre -
▫️Some Mejool Dates (around 20)![]()
Chocolatey Top -
▫️Around 250-300g. (We use vegan chocolate, but good-quality dark chocolate is also delicious.)![]()
How To:
▫️I use a silicone ice cube tray to mould the individual bites.
▫️Mix all the ingredients for the base, then press it firmly into the ice cube tray. ▫️De-stone the dates and press one date onto the base.
▫️Melt the chocolate and cover the date in a thick layer of chocolate.
▫️Chill (ideally overnight).
